By creating an account and using Debrief (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Debrief allows users to post tips, send messages in Hub Lounges, and share flight telemetry. You retain ownership of your content, but you grant us a license to display it within the app.
Zero Tolerance Policy: We strictly prohibit objectionable content and abusive behavior. You agree not to post defamatory, explicit, offensive, or illegal content.
We reserve the right to remove any user-generated content that violates these Terms without prior notice. Users found posting abusive or inappropriate content will be permanently banned from the platform. The app provides a reporting and blocking feature to flag abusive users.
The Digital Flightbag tool is provided solely as a convenience. While the App securely stores your scanned documents on your local device, it is your absolute responsibility as Pilot-In-Command to maintain officially recognized, legal copies of your licenses and medical certificates in compliance with local aviation regulations.
You may terminate your account at any time via the Settings menu. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App immediately if you violate these Terms or pose a risk to the Debrief community.
